What Quipwise does

Quipwise watches the X accounts you pick, writes reply drafts in your voice, turns news on your topics into tweets, sends you alerts, and shows how your posts did. You decide what gets posted. Replies always open in X for you to send. News tweets post automatically only if you choose that.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep access to your email safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Don't share or resell access.

Using X responsibly

You're responsible for everything you post, and for following X's rules. Don't use Quipwise to:

• spam, mass-reply, or post the same content over and over;
• harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• spread content that's illegal, deceptive, or meant to mislead people about elections or public health;
• get around X's limits or rules.

We may pause or close accounts that do.

AI drafts

Drafts are written by AI and can be wrong, off-tone, or out of date. Read them before you post. You own the content you give us and the drafts we write for you. You let us process that content only to run Quipwise for you.

Free beta

• Quipwise is in a free beta. Accounts are by invitation and get 14 days of access with every feature. Nothing is charged.
• The beta may change, have limits, or end. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged.

Services we depend on

Quipwise relies on X, OpenAI and other providers. If they change or limit their services, some features may change or stop working. We'll do our best to tell you early.

No guarantees

We work to keep Quipwise reliable, but it's provided as is. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that it will grow your audience.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost followers, revenue or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Quipwise and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
